Meditation in Moments is taught by Rebecca Goebel, certified & trauma-informed Reiki Master, Meditation coach, and owner of Freya's Haven, an online crystal and metaphysical shop. This meditation methodology was developed by Rebe during the years she struggled with parenting her two neuro-diverse kiddos while also working full-time.
